| BBIA demands conferment of free hold rights over land | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 26: Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) has demanded conferment of free hold rights to the entrepreneurs for SIDCO/SICOP industrial land.
A meeting of the Bari Brahmana Industries Association was held today under the Chairmanship of President ship of Lalit Mahajan in the presence of Tarun Singla Sr. Vice President, Ajay Langer Vice President, Viraaj Malhotra General Secretary, Rajesh Jain Secretary and Vivek Singhal Treasurer BBIA Association and other members.
The meeting was held to discuss the issue for the grant of ownership rights to entrepreneurs to whom the industrial land was allotted on long term lease basis by JKSIDCO/JKSICOP in Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
"it is the need of hour to grant the Free Hold Rights to the Existing Unit Holders to whom the Land was allotted by the J&K SIDCO and SICOP for which the requisite Land Premium was already deposited by the Unit Holders at the time of allotment of Land and regularly paying the Annual Lease Rent", they said. |
