| Court adjourns Rubiya Syed kidnapping, Air Force personnel killings case | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 26: The Presiding Officer Subash C Gupta TADA Court today adjourned the much publicized kidnapping case of Dr Rubiya Syed and killings of Air Force personnel due to the ongoing strike of advocates.
During hearing, Yaseen Malik and Showkat Baskhi were produced through video-conference while other accused were present.
Presiding Officer Subash C Gupta TADA Court observed that the counsels for the accused are not present as such the case is adjourned for arguments on charge/discharge till December 14, 2019. JNF |
