Udhampur, June 28: Soon after Early Times carried a news story ‘Apathy pushes Public Health Centre Majalta to Sickness’ on June 19 regarding grass and wild growth around the Public Health Centre (PHC) Majalta the main entrance and other side of public health centre, authorities took the cognizance and got the area cleared. The area was cleared of bushes and all other wild growth at the health centre was well equipped with all basic facilities like inpatient wards, outpatient services, labour room etc. “Now, anyone can easily enter the health centre as the track is clear which had otherwise become a home for vicious snakes,” said Rakesh Kumar. The locals thanked ET for taking up issues of public importance which paved the way for cleanliness and other developments in the area. |
