| Randhir Singh criticizes Congress for politicizing Ladakh issue | | |

Jammu, June 28: Former minister Thakur Randhir Singh has said that Congress is politicizing the Ladakh issue despite the fact that one cannot forget that China captured around 45,000 sq km of India's land in Ladakh, after the 1962 war between the two countries when Jawaharlal Nehru was prime minister.
Randhir said that brave soldiers like Major Shaitan Singh of 13 Kumaon Regiment resident of Jodhpur Rajasthan led the attack and was martyred at Rezengula where Chinese were brought on their knees and now same act of bravery was shown by Sepoy Gurtej Singh of Ghatak Platoon who killed 20 Chinese army people and gave his today for our tomorrow. Singh said the Ladakhis and Dogras always remained at forefront to fight against Chinese intruders.
Singh appreciated the statement of Sharad Pawar National President NCP criticizing Congress on Congress role in 1962 losing 45000 sq Km of Ladakh. |
