| Councilor Amit kick starts developmental works in Prem Nagar | | |

JAMMU, July 14: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councilor Amit Gupta kick started construction works of the lanes, drain and tiles laying at Prem Nagar Mohalla falling in Ward No 19 in presence of the inhabitants of the locality, Mohalla Committee members including social and political activists of the area.
The work taken up will be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 6.5 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, Amit Gupta said that Jammu-East has progressed a lot as several developmental projects were taken up recently while construction of lanes/drains and other works were kept on priority in the Ward No 19.
He further said that it was a long pending demand of the residents of Prem Nagar who put forth the issue during door to door campaigning in Ward No 19. He also thanked the residents of Ward No 19 who voted him during Municipal election. |
