Jammu, July 21: Ridiculing the claims of administration and mismanagement in the quarantine Centre at Sunderbani Ashram of District Rajouri, the inmates said that “dogs roam around, corona is better than the rabies.
In the viral video, the woman is seen crying while showing filth including shit lying around her bed in a quarantine centre at Sunderbani Ashram. The youth who captured the video also exposed many loopholes through his video. “The woman in the video with her folded hands was crying seeking complete sanitation in the quarantine centre. We are ready to stay here even beyond 10 days, but for that we want a hygienic environment around us”, she said.
Dogs roaming inside the huge hall where the makeshift quarantine centre was established by the administration.
“Dogs move in and out of the hall, they go to the bathroom, and even pull out garbage from the dustbin. I was shocked to see how unhygienic that place was and yet remained here”, the youth said, adding that he was disturbed and thought he might survive Coronavirus but not the diseases I might contract there. |
