| Youth Congress holds AUYSH Covid medical camp | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 28: AYUSH-ISM Covid-19 medical camp was held on Friday here at Thatar Bantlab wherein Senior Congress leader, Devi Singh was the Chief Guest.
The Covid-19 camp was organized by vice President Youth Congress Jammu rural, Ajay Singh. Other workers of the party were also present on the occasion. It was informed that immunity boosting medicines were distributed among the locals to fight against Coronavirus.
Singh appreciated the party workers for holding Covid-19 medical camp amid rising positive cases across the nation and said that this is the need of the hour to hold such camp for general public and provide free immunity boosters to strengthen their immunity.
The immunity boosting medicines were provides by AYUSH-ISM and were distributed among the residents by the party workers.
“More Covid-19 medical camps must be held across Jammu division so as to contain the spread of the virus,” Devi Singh said and also appreciated the AYUSH-ISM for providing the immunity boosting medicines.
JK Youth Congress President, Uday Bhanu Chib asserted that to fight the ongoing pandemic we all have to come together and must aware each other about the dos and don’ts in the pandemic. He briefed people about AYUSH systems in health promotion and disease prevention. He emphasised over the profound impact and instrumental role of Ayurveda in the daily lives of human beings ever since it has evolved. He appealed to the participants and general masses to maintain social distancing and wear masks whenever visit to markets and other places which is compulsory for everyone to combat coronavirus pandemic.
