JAMMU, Feb 15: In order to strengthen the party at grass root level and ensure effective booth management, BJP J&K Secretary & Prabhari Jammu West District, Rekha Mahajan, addressed a meeting of Shakti Kendra Pramukh & Booth Presidents in Talab Tillo Mandal Ward No. 12 of District Jammu West.
It was organised under the Presidentship of Mandal President Keshav Chopra and Corporator of the ward Jeet Angral.
Rekha Mahajan, while speaking in the meeting, said that the BJP is a party of principles, working for the upliftment of all the sections of the society, irrespective of their religion, caste and creed. Karyakarta is the backbone and strength of the party and the BJP gives its worker full opportunity to move forward.
She appealed the karyakartas to strengthen the party at the booth level by making ten youth in one booth adding that to win the election we must strengthen our party at booth level.
"In order to make our booth active we should celebrate our six festivals at booth level, which include Samrasta Diwas on Bhim Rao Ambedkar's Jayanti, Foundation Day of the party, Dr. Shyama Parsad Mukherjee Birthday, Birthday of Modi ji as Sewa Diwas, Deen Dayal Upadhyay's death anniversary as Balidan Diwas, Birth anniversary of Pt. Prem Nath Dogra ji as khel Diwas and birthday of Bharat Ratan Atal ji as Sushasan Diwas" Rekha said and stressed that every month the workers should also listen PM's Mann Ki Baat along with their colleagues and residents of booth. |
