JAMMU, Feb 15: Under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (Adm), the Enforcement Staff led by the Chief Enforcement Officer Jammu Municipal Corporation, while further continuing the drive vigorously and acting tough against the violations and unauthorized construction in the different areas falling under the jurisdiction of Jammu Municipal Corporation and have taken the several actions that include demolishing 3 unauthorized construction of shops being raised by Subash Sharma S/o Mani Ram at Neal Sheel Vihar, Main Road, Paloura, Jammu.
It sealed 5 shops of Mohd Farooq Khan S/o M.Y Khan at Channi Rama Opp Police Line, Jammu and sealed 6 shop of Rizwan Ali S/o Naziq Ali at Channi Rama Opp Police Line, Jammu. Further it sealed shop of Bhagat Ram S/o Kanshi Ram at Main Road, Bhawani Nagar, Janipur, Jammu. The action against the violation have been taken under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 and J&K Municipal Corporation Act 2000 |
