Rajouri , Mar 1: Ex MLA Mohd Aslam Khan of Manjakot was evicted from Govt quarter by DC Rajouri RK Shavan today . He was unauthorisedly occupying quarter for 14 years at Rajouri in connivance with Irrigation dept.
District administration has launched a crackdown on illegal occupants of Govt buildings and in 6 weeks after joining of Shavan, so far about 18 buildings of panchayat ghars, schools, hospitals, anganwari centres, ZEO office etc have been vacated from illegal occupants.
The public of area has highly appreciated the steps of DC. The ACR Rajouri and tehsildar along with SHO got the quarter vacated as per instructions. |
