| Anti-encroachment drive continues in Rajouri; one more govt building vacated | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAJOURI, Mar 9: In its efforts to remove the encroachment from government buildings, the District Administration Rajouri today got another government building vacated from the illegal occupants. “It is worth mentioning here that one building of the Agriculture Department in Darhal area constructed in the year 1989 was under illegal occupation for a long time,” the Tehsildar Darhal informed. When the matter was brought to the notice of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan, he immediately deputed a team of the Executive Magistrate and police and got the building vacated. The public of Rajouri is appreciating the efforts of the District Administration in clearing the bottlenecks in the way of development and efficient public delivery system. The Deputy Commissioner has already issued necessary directions to all the field functionaries to identify such Government buildings so that administration can get the same vacated. |
