Jammu, Mar 16: A symbolic gathering was organised by the Yuva Rajput Sabha under the the leadership of President Rajan Singh (happy), senior vice president-Mandeep Chib along with other position holders.
The sabha members honoured the founder of the erstwhile state J&k -Maharaja Gulab Singh ji and also briefed upon how his contribution has made us what we are today.
The Yuva Rajput sabha initiated the demand in front of UT administration to recognise this day as the official Foundation day of our JK Pradesh and requested people of Dogra culture as a whole to celebrate the day as a Festival.
On this occasion the sabha members also expressed deep sorrow on the negligence of the basic facilities at the Maharajas statue after which the Shalamar hospital administration has promised for better services.
The Yuva Rajput sabha gave emphasis on the cultural importance of the day and ensured their commitment towards the preservation of cultural heritage.
Rajinder Singh, Rajveer Singh, Sandeep Singh, Sumit Singh, Raghubir Singh, Zorawar Singh, Vikramjeet Singh Manhas, Bhanu Partap, Vasu Dev Singh, Shiva, Rajveer, Aditya Singh was also present.
