Leadership of JKNPP holding urgent WC meeting to decide political action for restoration of statehood

Jammu, June 2: The Working Committee of JKNPP which represents J&K as well as Ladakh shall hold an urgent meeting of the leadership of JKNPP by Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Jammu to decide about the next political line of action for the revival of statehood of J&K which was founded by first Dogra Maharaja Gulab Singh in 1846. The State of J&K comprised the entire state which existed till March 5, 1948 the day Maharaja Hari Singh was thrown out of J&K by the leadership of the Union of India. He also announced that the leaders of democratic-secular-socialist political parties shall also be invited to participate as special guests.
The agenda of the working committee meeting shall emphasize on the political Line of Action for the revival of the State of J&K with full statehood as it existed on October 27, 1947, the day its Accession was approved by the then Governor-General Lord Mountbatten.
Bhim Singh, President, J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) discussed with several senior leaders including Sr. Vice-President P.K. Ganju, Vice President Masood Andrabi, General Secretaries Anita Thakur & Hakikat Singh Jamwal, Advisor Bansi Lal Sharma, Advocate, Kashmir Provincial President, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Provincial President Jammu Province Capt. Anil Gaur and several leaders of the party from Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu. The party members have accepted the proposal to hold an urgent meeting of the working committee of the party in Srinagar, when situation and weather shall allow. The members of the working committee as well as members of the Secretariat of JKNPP have proposed to hold the next working committee meeting in Kashmir in the first week of August.
The members of the Secretariat including Vice Presidents, General Secretaries as well as State and Provincial Secretaries shall be invited to the working committee meeting at Jammu on June 13, 2021.
An organizing committee for this special session at Jammu shall be announced by the President in a few days after consultation with the senior leadership of the Party. Bhim Singh announced that after consultation with the members of Secretariat of JKNPP the Agenda shall be announced with clear message to the Govt of India that people of J&K stand for restoration of the State of J&K with the boundaries and composition which was established in 1846 by the first Dogra Maharaja Gulab Singh.
