UDHAMPUR, June 2: Lambasting the UT Government for ill planning & casual approach in providing health facilities in Udhampur during pandemic, Former MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia today led massive protest demonstration against the Jammu and Kashmir UT Government at Slathia Chowk, (maintaining complete social distancing). Mankotia blamed that Udhampur is being treated step-motherly by the government even in this Covid-19. He disclosed that recently the machinery of the oxygen plant in Udhampur was returned back overnight, and corona patients died due to non-availability of high flow oxygen, along with that ventilators that were lying in the hospital for the last one year are non functional till yet. Who was responsible for that? Mankotia asked
Taking a dig at the Government, Mankotia said that many people are dying every day due to non-proper functioning of 108 ambulance service here. He said that the government be fooled the public & playing with the lives of our people which will never be tolerated, Mankotia warned
