| ISM organizes Ayush medical camp in ward No 33 | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 3: As per the request of Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation, Directorate of Indian System of Medicines Jammu (Ayurveda, Yoga, unani, Sidha & Homeopathy) organized a free medical camp today at Shiv Nagar area Jammu of ward no.33.
Mayor alongwith Veena Gupta, Jugal Dogra, Karan Sharma, Atul Bakshi, Kunti Jasrotia & other prominent inhabitants of the ward as well as Suresh Sharma ADMO Ayush, Vijay Kumar along with his team were also remained present there during the camp. Mayor & his team thanked the ISM department for organizing free medical & awareness camps in the various wards of the city especially during the last one & half years since the spread of corona virus pandemic and distributing immunity boosting medicines free of cost to the needy, poor & downtrodden families irrespective of any caste, creed, gender or religion in this crucial period of pandemic as Ayush medicines boost immunity of the individual and also keep a person safe from any type of infection & illness and the efforts of Ayush department for organizing Covid-19 medical camps amid rising positive cases in Jammu particularly & said this is the need of the hour to hold such camps for the general public & provide free immunity boosters to strengthen their immunity.
Today immunity boosting medicines to more than 100 people belonging to poor & needy families were distributed free of cost at Shiv Nagar area by the Mayor in collaboration with ISM department and appeal to the citizens of Jammu to take full benefits of these camps being organized in various parts of the city on routine basis.
