Why ban on home delivery of ration in Delhi?: AAP Jammu
6/7/2021 9:33:34 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, June 7: Reacting sharply to the ban imposed by central government on the decision of Kejriwal led Delhi government, regarding home delivery of ration to 70 lakh ration card holders in Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party J&K, Jammu in a press release issued here, has expressed great wonder and surprise as to why central government led by PM Narendra Modi, firstly remained non-assertive in Delhi High Court in writ filed by Ration Dealers Association seeking ban on home delivery of Ration and getting a rebuff from the Court, imposed complete ban on said decision of Delhi government which otherwise would have been a record historical step in streamlining the most disturbing Public Distribution System (PDS) in Delhi and thus breaking a nexus of ration mafia running for last about 7 decades. The release said that after initiating so many welfare schemes of public interest like free bus service for women, Chaar Dhaam pilgrimage yatra for senior citizens, free and cheap electricity besides potable water, quality education in government institutions, quality health services in government hospitals why Modi led Central government is afraid of fast growing popularity of Kejriwal led AAP government in Delhi and creating hurdles in the sincere efforts of Kejriwal. The release wondered that if Pizza, Chicken Kababs etc can be made available through home delivery system, why not rations? The release questioned and in fact, the release maintained that BJP is jealous of popularity of Kejriwal led AAP government and in order to vent out their anger and desperation, BJP wants to punish the Delhi people. The release appeals the countrymen to read the writings on the wall and judge for themselves as to how the countdown of BJP has begun after getting a drubbing in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu & Kerala as also in Panchayat elections in UP.
