| Purnima Sharma kick starts construction of public toilet complex in ward No 8 | | |  Early Times report
Jammu, June 7: Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor JMC along with Corporator ward no. 08 Jammu Municipal Corporation Akshay Sharma kick starts the construction of public toilet complex in ward no 8.
The allotted cost for the work was 10.5 lakhs in which 2 urinals and 2 bathrooms for men and 2 bathrooms from women and 1 care taker room were to be constructed in the toilet complex. Speaking on the occasion, Purnima Sharma said that today along with the Corporator of ward 8, we are kick starting the development work of the construction of CT/PT unit in ward 8 with a cost of 10.5 lakhs.
Deputy Mayor further directed the concerned AEE and JE to make sure the work is done in a time bound manner and its quality is upto the mark. At the end, Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor appealed not to wander out of their houses unnecessarily as COVID-19 cases are still on the rise and only to go out when it's important and while wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Mahant Datgiri ji, Yogi Yogeshwar Nath ji and other prominent members of the ward were also present.
