Early Times Report

Jammu, June 11: Selective guidelines within the Indian political & administrative structure is multiplying the day to day worries of a common man & our young generation in particular, expressed by S. Deep Singh the J&K based only founder member & the National Council member of Aam Aadmi Party in a press release issued today for media houses.
It is unfortunately enough that despite our repeated alarming, chairperson JK- Board of school education is adamant for important students' welfare reforms like complete, easy & viable online services, release added.
Expressing further on the mockery of JK- School Board's (Bose) top heads, Deep Singh alleged that their deliberate ignorance towards the students' welfare agendas has created an unrest like atmosphere overall where students have been trapped within a confused & so-called online network just to oblige blue eyed out sourced agencies, release added.
For submitting RR forms in Board, firstly students have to submit their online photos & other papers individually or through schools during start of academic session and after 4-5 months of that very academic session i.e. for depositing the examination fee, again students have to submit online photos & relevant papers whereas already submitted material had been very much available within the Board office & such a double task has been intentionally slaped on the students & the schools in order to enhance the billing of out sourced blue eyed agencies, release further alleged.
Similarly, instead of effectively projecting the ground level difficulties of students, parents & the schools before the different political, administrative & legal forums including High Court & Supreme Court, lot of self styled & meaning less formalities have been slapped on schools for affiliation & recognition just for harassment, release alleged.
During past, to address the day to day grievances of students & schools, a hue & cry often used to be noticed among BJP's local Jammu based leaders for appointing separate secretary in JK-school Board for its Jammu office but as a result of its selfish & corrupt performance, all such vital issues have been thrown in the winds, release alleged again.
Though JKBOSE has started its campaign of filling all types of forms through online mode since 2008, but till date most of the Forms of JKBOSE are being filled in offline mode, release added. After a number of reminders, JKBOSE for bringing transparency in its functioning by allowing for filling all types of forms in online mode last year JKBOSE had expedited its process but it is sad to say so-called online facility of JKBOSE has increased the problems of schools and students due to concerned mismanagement i.e. repeated problems related to RR Forms & depositing of examination fee, release further added.
