| Live yoga session on standing conducted | | |

Jammu, June 16: Department of Swasthavritta and yoga Government Ayurvedic Medical college Akhnoor is organising yoga week from 15 june to 21 June on the Occasion of upcoming International yoga day.
Today live yoga session (Google meet virtual mode) on Standing Asanas was conducted . The Asanas were performed by Rupali Salgotra Final year student of GAMC Akhnoor under the Guidance of Dr Abhishek Magotra and Dr Sheetal Gupta .
During the session procedure , indication and contraindications of the Asanas was also elaborated. Students from GAMC Akhnoor and other colleges also attended the yoga session. The whole event was organised under the Guidance of Principal Dr Shashi Sudan Sharma who was also the chairperson of the event.
Dr Abhishek Magotra, Associate Professor and HOD department of Swasthavritta and yoga GAMC was the organising secretary of the event.
Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant professor Department of Swasthavritta and yoga coordinated the event. |
