JAMMU, June 16: A programme for distribution of dry ration was organized by the Bethel Bhavan Society under the leadership of Thomas Paul, President of the society today.
Dry ration was distributed among Poor and needy families in the august Presence of Sh Ravinder Sharma, ex-MLC and chief spokesperson Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee, Ritu Choudhary, councilor WNo 7, Rev Shoukat Peter President Jammu and Kashmir joint churches fellowship Jammu, CAMRES David Babbloo President All India Masih Seva Dal, Parshotam Mehra, Vice Chairman OBC JKPCC, Titus Gill, Vice President All India Masih Seva Dal, Rita David, social worker were special invitees in the function.
The Bethel Bhavan Society said that the poor people are finding it difficult to earn their livelihood and meet both ends especially due to Covid. The generous public should come forward to help the needy.
The society wished to continue such programmes of helping poor in the future also.
Ravinder Sharma lauded the efforts of the society to help the needy at this crucial times and appealed people to help the poor people around them. |
