| Stephens College of Nursing brought laurels in online Quiz Competition | | |

Jammu, Jun 17: Poonam Sharma students of Stephens College of Nursing (under the aegis of Dr. Aparna Educational Trust ) brought laurels to college by securing 1st position in National Level Online Quiz competition organized by GDC Vijaypur on the eve of Blood Donation Day.
Poonam Sharma is a student of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing -1st year batch 2020-21. The students from various Colleges and Universities across the Nation participated enthusiastically and with great zeal in this competition.
The Competition was organized to create the wider public awareness on need for regular unpaid blood donation, to promote community solitarily and social cohesion and to encourage youth to embrace the humanitarian call to donate blood and inspire other to do the same.
Kamal Saini, chairman SCON and Satvinder Saini, Director SIPS congratulated the management and entire staff and Poonam for her splendid performance. Manoj Kotru (Administrator SCON) awarded her with a cash prize of Rs. 1000/- and a certificate of appreciation was also accorded to her for Academic brilliance. The Management always motivates the students of the College to think out- of –the- box and regularly participated in such competitions.
