Online webinar "Know ABVP" organised | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 2: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Jammu Kashmir organized online webinar with title "Know ABVP" where the main speaker was North Zone Organizing Secretary Vikrant Khandelwal. The webinar started with the welcome speech of State President Dr. Permender Singh. He welcomed all the participants from different districts of Jammu Kashmir. He said ABVP is different from other student organisations and working in the field of education since 1949. Speaking on the occasion North Zone Organizing Secretary Vikrant Khandelwal said that when it comes to Know ABVP, all the students feel proud that we are associated with the world's largest student organization which works in the society with continuous activity for 365 days throughout the year. ABVP with the aim of national reconstruction, commenced its multi-dimensional and multifarious activities as a nationwide student organization, touching every aspect of the societal spectrum. This student organization, which has immense faith in the latent strength of the entire educational fraternity, believes in coordinating and directing contemporaneous responsibilities of students towards constructive activities, staying above partisan politics and looking at every issue with a progressive lens. The ABVP strongly favours placing to the student, the idea of the keeping the Nation above everything else. He further said since its inception, ABVP inspired the students to work in the interest of the country along with education and created a sense of unity in diversity within the youth. He said 75 years Journey of Vidyarthi Parishad are going to be completed and it is a festival for all the students. The Vidyarthi Parishad has put various issues in front of the society since its inception, whether it "India should not be called India, it should be called Bharat, the national anthem should be "Vande Mataram", there should be talk of Bangladeshi infiltrators, there should be talk of abrogation of Article 370 issues have been highlighted. |
