| Essay competition on“save water, save life”held | | |

Jammu, July 2: GDC Ukhral organized an essay competition on the title “save water, save environment” under the flagship programme of Jal Shakti Abiyan today. A large number of students participated in the competition. The programme was organized to spread the awareness about importance of water resources and their preservation to safeguard our future.
Suraj Singh Katoch, Rajesh Singh and Vaishnu Devi were the first, second and third position holders respectively. The principal of the college, Dr Ranvijay Singh announced that the winners shall be rewarded with cash prizes once the college opens after lockdown. |
