Jammu, July 2: In their condolence message JKMEF president Sushil Sudan said that Director Finance, Health and Medical Education Department Mohd Rafiq had suffered a stroke earlier this week and was flown to All India Institute of Medical Science New Delhi where he died.
He was known for his hardworking, honest and dedication. JKMEF conveyed deepest condolence to his family and friends to pray for eternal peace to departed soul and also two minutes silence was observed for the peace of the noble souls in the office of Federation, Jammu.
