Jammu, July 2: A deputation from Ward 40 of Jammu West Assembly segment called upon ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma and apprised him of the problems being faced by the inhabitants and asked for his immediate involvement in the major problem faced by the residents of Vishal Nagar and Shankar Vihar area of the Ward. Also the BJP leader toured Ward 32 where people are facing problems pertaining to power supply.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the grievances of the people have been passed to the concerned authorities.
He said he has also toured the area of Ward 40 where the supply of water is not adequate and people are under a distress in these scorching summers.
He spoke to the concerned officials of Jal Shakti and has asked them to take up the works for installing of fresh water pipes in the area so that people of the ward could avail the facility of fresh drinking water.
Also during his daily visit routine in various wards of Jammu West Assembly segment, Sharma also visited Amar Colony and other adjoining areas of Ward 32 and interacted with people who are facing problems pertaining to power supply. Sharma assured the people that all their problems will be solved in a stipulated time frame.
