| Bishnah Police arrests narcotic smugglers, recover 27 grams of Heroin | | | | JAMMU, Oct 19: Bishnah police today achieved a major success when it apprehended notorious/hardcore/ narcotic smugglers and recovered 27 grams and cash from his possessions. A special naka was established near Chorli Kothey Bishnah. Three persons coming from Chorli Kothey to Bishnah side were asked to stop for checking. Instead of stopping, they tried to flee and the same created suspicion on which they was chased away and overpowered. On their search, Heroin and cash was recovered. They were identified as Sunny Kumar S/O Baldev Raj R/o Chorli Kothey Tehsil Bishnah, Baldev Raj S/O Kalu Ram R/O Chorli Kothey Tehsil Bishnah and Boli Devi W/O Baldev Raj R/O Kothey Chorli Tehsil Bishnah. In this connection, a Case FIR No. 155/2021 U/S 8/21/22/27 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Bishnah. Sunny has been evading arrest in case FIR No.97/2021 U/S 341/323/34 IPC of Police Station Bishnah and he is already involved in 19 FIR of Police Station Bishnah. Sunny and Baldev were notorious criminals and also detained under PSA. |
