Koul Chairs BJP Jammu district meeting for Amit Shah's rally | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 19: General Secretary (organization) Jammu and Kashmir BJP, Ashok Koul, chaired a meeting of BJP Jammu district held to take stock of the preparations being made for the public rally to be addressed by Union Home Minister Amit Sharma at Jammu on October 24. The meeting was convened by District President Vinay Gupta. Koul while addressing the meeting said that Shah will address a massive public rally at the ground adjoining the fourth bridge over the Tawi River in Bhagwati Nagar. He said that the rally should be organized professionally so that no inconvenience is caused to visitors. He stressed that it will be the Home Minister's first public rally in Jammu after the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution and the long-sought integration of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of India. Koul said that only Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the charismatic companionship of Shah, could do this and give justice to Jammu and Kashmir and its people. Now, this is the time we show Shah how we are indebted to him and Modi for this incredible aftermath, he said. Vinay said that the district team will have to put best efforts to make the public come to listen to Shah. |
