JAMMU, Dec 21: As part of 'Clean India Programme', 2 J&K Girls Bn. NCC, GDC RS Pura along with Eco Club of the college organized a cleanliness drive on first day of cleanliness camp in CHC RS Pura under the aegis of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav'. The activity was conducted under the patronage of Prof. Sunil Uppal, Principal of the college, and supervision of Lt. Shaveta Choudhary, (NCC ANO) and Prof. Shifali Abrol, Convener, Eco Club. 34 cadets participated in the drive. They cleaned the premises of the centre and then disposed of the segregated waste in the colour coded bins. Principal of the college appreciated the efforts being put in by the students under the Clean India Programme and motivated them to continue with the same enthusiasm. |
