Residents of Nagras Kund village appeal admin to remove snow from roads | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Jan 12: Residents of Nagras Kund village in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district have appealed the administration led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to depute teams and clear the snow that continues to be accumulated in the village along with the adjoining ones. A group of residents said that although the snow stopped days ago but still then the snow has not been cleared to the full level from the village. They said the snow has been cleared to the extent that only one vehicle can pass at a time in the village. They said the people at helm seem to be least bothered towards the problems of villagers. The residents appealed LG Sinha to take personal interest in the matter and issue orders for the clearance of snow from Nagras Kund village and the other villages falling in the vicinity. They said that repeated pleas have fallen on deaf ears so far hoping that their pleas would be heard by the LG himself.
