Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 15: An important meeting of JKTA on Saturday was held under the chairmanship of Joginder Digra Vice President of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Association. Joginder Digra appealed to Principal Secretary School Education Department Jammu Kashmir UT B.K Singh to announce closures of all the schools across the UT. That Staff members also get COVID positive due to increased cases of COVID 19 day by day. That mostly the teaching fraternity getting infected by the deadly virus COVID 19. That teaching staff is continuously coming to school with full strength. That JKTA in voice demands to closures of all schools and work from home culture should be implemented in the whole UT of Jammu and Kashmir till the situation be normal. So for the next fifteen days, all schools should be closed with immediate effect. The meeting was attended by many zonal presidents and prominent leaders including, Pawan Sangraal, Vijay Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Gurdas Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Kamlesh Kumari, Sangeeta Sharma, Sunita Kumari, and many others. |
