| Madan urges CEO Jammu to shut schools in view of pandemic | | |

JAMMU, Jan 15: Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh Senior Vice President, Jammu unit, S. Jasmeet Singh Madaan has urged CEO Jammu, Suraj Singh Rathore to close down schools where Teacher's have tested positive on the analogy of CEO Reasi order.
Covid is spreading very fast and daily many School Teacher's are becoming positive, to further prevent it from spreading, it is imperative to close down schools for atleast three days as done by CEO Reasi. We welcome the decision taken by CEO Reasi in the interest of safety of Teacher's community.
We have taken online classes during Corona times in the past also and if schools are closed, it will not hamper student's studies at all, but of course it will certainly prevent Corona from spreading. ABRSM further appeals Disaster Management Authority who are doing yeoman's service in curbing and preventing Corona from spreading to consider their pleas too as a short term measure before any precious live is lost. |
