| President AIVOPP, President Trade Union hold protest for temporary employees | | |

JAMMU, Jan 15: Sewa Singh Bali, President All India Voice of Poor People, President Jammu and Kashmir Aam Aadmi Party trade union, along with other party members held a strong protest at press Club Jammu and raised demands of temporary employees of Jammu & Kashmir. The protesters appealed the administration to implement minimum wages act as per the promise of the central government as casual, daily wagers and ad hoc employees are not getting wages as provided in the Act.
Bali raised the demands of special police officers for framing up of regularization policy, providing remuneration at par with constables, re-engagement of disengaged special police officers. He appealed to administration that since the demands are genuine they should be redressed by administration. |
