JAMMU, Jan 29: A 50-year-old employee was found dead on Saturday morning inside a sweet shop at Digiana area here on Jammu's outskirts. Police said the shop owner found his worker dead.
The victim was identified as Bittu Singh, a resident of Ramnagar in district Udhampur, the police said.
"Cardiac arrest is suspected to be the cause of the death but the exact reason will be known after postmortem," a police officer said. |
