| Udhampur areas face severe drinking water shortage | | |

JAMMU, Jan 29: Residents of far flung areas of Udhampur district have appealed the administration of Jammu & Kashmir to solve their long pending problems of water and said that they are being forced to feel heat on account of lack of drinking water. The people have said that even after seven decades of independence there is severe shortage of drinking water in their areas and the people at helm have not solved this problem.
They said that their repeated pleas have fallen on deaf ears with the common masses being forced to feel the heat. |
