JAMMU, Apr 29: All the Higher Secondary schools in the Doda district are under staffed as a result of which the education of the children is affected. Despite repeated requests the people at helm have not taken any step to improve teacher-student ration.
At Government Higher Secondary School Dessa there are just two teachers for 560 students.
The students have made repeated requests to place adequate staff but the requests have not been acceded to by the higher ups in the education department.
There are some schools in the district where more than due teachers have been posted. |
