| We are unable to manage our homes without electricity, say women | | |

Jammu, Apr 29: Women in Jammu region are up in arms against the administration for its failure to provide electricity and water in their homes.
Talking to a local news channel a group of women said, “We are unable to manage our kitchens, our children and our normal lives have been thrown out of gear.”
They said, “We have never faced such power cuts in our lives. Our inverters are dead, children are unable to study and the ones who are working from home are facing many difficulties. Power cuts during nights have made our lives difficult.”
They said, “When water comes there is no electricity. We are unable to fill our water tankies.
We have to come out from our homes to get a gasp of fresh air.” |
