JAMMU, Aug 17: Jentia Bhat bagged first place in the under-12 girls competition which was organised by KC Sports Club, here today. Second place went to Xena Bhandu while Maliha Sharma remained third.
Earlier, after competing in the preliminary rounds, five girls made it to the final at the 20 meter indoor swimming facility at the club. The final turned out to be quite exciting as the swimmers put in their best effort to outdo each other using their own swimming styles since there was no restriction of using a particular style only, a handout issued by the Club here today informed. |
