Jammu, Aug 17: In the much publicized murder case at Pargwal wherein the housewife who was found murdered and later was set ablaze which subsequently resulted into death of 8 months old baby in her womb, the police today produced challan against her husband and mother in law.
According to police spokesperson, the challan was produced against her husband Kala Ram son of Ajeet Lal Bhagat and her mother-in -Law Sudesh Kumari both residents of Nai Basti, Bela Jamana Tehsil Pargwal u/s 302, 498-A, 316, 436, 120-B, 201 of RPC registered at Police Station Khour in court of JMIC Akhnoor.
Spokesperson said that next date of hearing has been fixed on 05/09/2016 in court of Principal Sessions Judge Jammu. "Both the accused persons have been lodged in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu, he said, while adding, "the case was investigated by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal SHO Khour." |
