One suspected held along IB in Samba 9/20/2016 10:38:32 PM Early Times Report. Samba, Sept 20: Army today arrested a one suspected person moving under suspicious circumstances along the Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir. Sources said, "On noticing a person moving under suspicious circumstances manner near the International Border (IB) near a forward post of 2R in Samba sector, the alert of 5 SIKH Li apprehended him.
