JAMMU, Sept 20: The Intelligence Agencies in India have received inputs about the running of the 42 training camps in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) . As per available information, the Fidayeens who attacked army in Uri were trained by Pakistani army at Sawai Nala training camp. Out of 42 camps, there are 18 camps which are more active . The intelligence Agencies have concrete evidences and have already submitted their report to the home Ministry. Currently, about 14 launching pads are active in the border areas of Kashmir through which terrorists are send to India. Recently, there were reports that around 5-6 groups of terrorists are believed to hiding in disguise in Poonch and Rajouri. According to information from the security agencies, after international pressure, Pakistan had closed all the 24 camps . However, after Burhan Wani's death many of these camps have been made active again. 40 to 50 militants are trained for a month in the camp and then are infiltrated to India. 18 soldiers were martyred in the line of duty at Uri in one of the most deadliest terrorist attacks on security forces in recent times by Pakistan. |
