In a bizarre incident, Zahida Parveen Khan DC Kathua was seen boarding her official white Toyota Etios car which was parked on wrong side on National Highway near RTO Office Kathua. Interestingly, the DDC was on her way to inaugurate the Road Safety Week in the office of RTO Kathua.
