Order probe against Commissioner Transport: MDF to Mufti 3/3/2015 12:01:36 AM Jammu, Mar 2 : Muslim Development Forum (MDF) J&K chapter today staged protest and urged Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Syeed to order an inquiry against the present Transport Commissioner (TC) Dislashad Khan by constituting a team to investigate into irregularities committed by her Protestors led by general secretary MDF Mohd Amin raised slogans against the Transport Commissioner for using 'defamatory words' against party president Syed Shabir Ahmed Shah besides denying information to the president of MDF (J&K) sought under Right to Information Act 2009 and a legal notice stands served to her over this denial. Addressing the protestors, general secretary MDF said that a case has been filed against her in the court of Sub Judge, Special Mobile Magistrate Jammu under section 500 PRC and accordingly, summons to 'appear in person' before the court on or before 10/03/2015, too have been issued to her (Transport Commissioner). "At the same time court also has directed SHO P/S Channi Himat Jammu to ensure personal appearance of Transport Commissioner vide over No 795-SJ-Spl-M M Jammu dtd 25/02/2015, he added. He also informed that MDF is going to file a defamation case against said Transport Commissioner Dilshad Khan for damages costing Rs 50 lakh. Meantime MDF leader Mr Amin also urged chief minister Mufti Mohammad Syeed to order an inquiry against the said Transport Commissioner by constituting a team to investigate into irregularities committed by her besides seeking powers of Transport Commissioner to be shifted to Administrative Department Civil Secretariat Jammu.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
