Two held with Charas in Billawar 3/3/2015 12:50:37 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 2: Police arrested two persons and recovered about 100 gm Charas from their possession here on late Monday evening in Billawer.The accused have been identified namely as Gyan Chand of Mukwal and Om Prakash of Kishanpur. As per police reports, during a naka checking, Billawar police led by SHO Saroop Singh intercepted two youth and during their personal frisking police recovered a contraband from their possession. The duo was arrested on the spot by the police team.
