JK Montessorie School celebrates colorful Holi 3/4/2015 10:11:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 4: Children celebrate festival of colors with festivity and enthusiasm in a special function organized on the cve of Holi at JK Montessorie and its affiliated unit JK Little Millienium School Talab Tillo Jammu here today. According to press release, the function began with a moral play on "Vishnu devotee-child Prahlad". The play conveyed young children the importance of the festival of Holi. To add more fun, the little toddlers were involved in dance programme on the famous Holi numbers. A stage exposure was also held on the topic "save water, save life". On the occasion, students expressed their views on the need to conserve water as 97 percent of water that exists on the earth is salty and undrinkable. A painting activity was also organized where in tiny toddlers of JKLM painted the different activity sheets with different colors. To update the Knowledge of the students, Vice Principal Geeta Dixit JKMS briefed the students about the importance of the festival and made them aware of the precautions to be taken while celebrating Holi and Holi provides us an opportunity to break all barriers for sharing our joy, sentiments, good feelings and to spread happiness all around.
