MPEJ criticizes CM’s remark on recently held Assembly polls | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 5 : Member of Movement for Peace Equility and Justice (MPEJ), Kuldeep Kumar Rao and Ram Singh Chauhan in a joint statement criticized the Chief Minister, Mufti Sayeed's remark on recently held assembly poll in which he thanked the Pakistan, Hurriyat and militants for smooth election in the state. According to press release, both the activists have cautioned the PDP that the era of communal & emotive politics has come of age and people have become wise enough to see through the game. Indeed with such utterances the communal atmosphere has been surcharged and a great setback has been inflicted to the public who have pinned high hopes with the present dispensation. On the other hand, in Jammu, people feel anguished with the BJP leadership over the total U-turn of the policies earmarked by the great martyr Dr Shyma Parshad Mukher. PDP having usurped lion's share in cabinet marginalizing BJP is another cause of heart burns to the Jammuties. They added that the only point of consolation for the people is formation of de-limitation commission & citizenship rights to the refugees as committed in the "Agenda for Alliance" which can only satisfy the aspirations of the people otherwise the slogan of equitable development of all the three regions will prove hollow as per past. |
