Registrar BAUSM acquitted following prosecution failure 4/18/2015 10:43:36 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 18: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Sanjay Dhar acquitted Dr Mohan Singh Sethi then Registrar Board of Ayurvedic Unani System of Medicines (BASUM) who was booked by the crime Branch for issuing fake and fictitious registration certificates in favour of unqualified persons on the basis of professional experience which has been banned by Council of Indian System of Medicines (ISM) for the last 17 years. Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu after going through discussion of evidence on record observed that prosecution has failed to establish the charges relating to cheating, forgery, causing disappearance of record and misuse of official position against accused.
