| AKMMC holds meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 17: All Kashmiri Muslim Migrants Committee (AKMMC) today held a meeting under the chairmanship of Nazir Ahmed Lone chairman in which they discussed various issues.
According to press release, during the meeting lone said that recent political controversy regarding in return of Kashmiri migrants has been created and raised by the political parties for their own vested interests.
They further said that the committee strongly stated and appealed the political parties shall restrained not to meddle in to the said humanitarian issue central and state instead government should settle the issue with return package of 50 lakh rupees to the migrants and chalk out a plan for migrants at their respective Tehsil.
They further demanded that government should order to relief authorities to redress the problems of Kashmiri Muslim Migrants on priority basis.
The problem of KMM, which was earlier discussed with law and parliamentary minister Basharat Ahmed Bukhari pending files to be cleared in the screening committee unknown fake complaints against poor Muslim migrant families government accommodation at Jagti camp, proper receipt of ration cards bifurcation of Muslim migrant card.
