Manohar assails termination of Anganwari workers, helpers 5/2/2015 12:08:25 AM JAMMU, May 1: Expressing serious concern over the termination of thousands of Anganwari workers/helpers, the former Minister and General Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Dr Manohar Lal Sharma said today that it is the second big jolt to the people of the state after the announcement of new recruitment policy Sharma said that instead of providing people the new opportunities of employment, the present BJP-PDP coalition government seems to take away all the provisions provided by the previous Government to the down trodden people of the state.Dr Sharma strongly condemned the new decision of the government to disengage the thousands of Anganwari workers/helpers working for last ten years with the Social Welfare Department.Dr Sharma expressed deep concern over the decision of BJP-PDP government which is totally against the interest of thousands of Anganwari workers/helpers.The real face of the BJP PDP government has come out in the open by such type of anti people decisions, Dr Sharma said.He demanded to withdraw immediately the termination order of ICDS workers/helper terminated by Mission Director ICDS.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
