YCC Bhadarwah lifts T20 trophy at Bhadarwah 6/20/2015 11:36:50 PM Early Times Report Bhadarwah, June 20 : T-20 Cricket Tournament organized by Rashtriya Rifles at Bhaderwah in collaboration with Chenab Valley Unit under Delta Force concluded at Bhadarwah. The tournament was organized by Rashtriya Riffles in view with continuing the efforts for upliftment of local youth of the area by providing an opportunity to showcase their talent and to promote youth development. A total of 85 teams participated in the Championship wherein the matches were played as per existing rules by league cum knockout basis. Various teams from all over the Chenab Valley participated in the tournament with true spirit of sportsmanship and enthusiasm to beat each other. The final match was played between Youth Club and Choudhary Club on 18th June 2015 and Youth Club Bhadarwah won the match by 3 Wickets. The winner and runner-up teams were felicitated with trophies and medals by Tehsildar Bhadarwah, Officer from Rashtriya Rifles and SHO Bhadarwah. A lot of peoples from the area witnessed the matches and praised the Indian Army for smooth conduct of the Championship as well as the initiative taken for organizing activities for the development of youth.
