Jammu, July 9: The activists of National Students' Union of India (NSUI) staged a protest demonstration outside Government MAM College on Thursday accusing the JU administration of their non-serious attitude towards these agitating students who are protesting from past 1 week for their demands of reducing the duration of B.Ed Course to one year and extension of carry-on system in semester wise system. According to press release, the protest was led by District president, Sunny Parihar, and the protestors also burnt an effigy of JU administration. Addressing the media persons, Parihar said that if the University administration Would not full fill the genuine demands of these agitating students, NSUI would escalate its agitation not only on the JU campus but also in other colleges. He added that NSUI would not sit silent till the demands of these agitating students are addressed.
